Annette Eggers

Annette Eggers is the driving force behind Sarau Media.
She completed a Certificate in TV Broadcasting
and Film at Nelson Institute of Technology in 2003.
She was subsequently employed as a planning analyst
for Nike NZ. Her job description expanded into
facilitating the production of their corporate staff training
video's for presentation to other Nike offices and retail
outlets internationally.
In 2006 Annette produced a "Behind the Scenes"
video for the popular band, Fat Freddy's Drop, of their
latest global tour for public release. She then went on
to produce a number of music videos, as Production
Manager, for Space Lab; a well-established New Zealand
video production company based in Auckland.
Annette returned to her home town Nelson, New Zealand,
to set up her own video production business in September
2007, naming it Sarau after the village where her family
settled over 140 years ago.
After securing the award-winning nationwide produce
company, Tasman Bay Herbs, as her first client, she
went on to develop the Business, producing online
promotional videos across a range of industries for local
and national SME's.
Annette has also developed online promotional videos
for a well-established law university based in Australia,
aimed at attracting students to New Zealand.
What sparked this career for Annette?
In 2003 she Wrote, Directed and Edited a short film
for an International Film Festival and won the award for
best locally produced Film. Since then she has worked
with clients such as Nike, Fat Freddy's Drop and
World Battle of the Bands.
Annette has a can do attitude and loves a challenge!!
